Georgian Fire Seed Garlic

For the true garlic connoisseur. Georgian Fire is a fiery porcelain hardneck from the Republic of Georgia, known as one of the hottest garlic varieties you can grow. Each bulb yields 4 to 6 large, easy-to-peel cloves with striking rose-purple inner skins. The heat builds and lingers, but mellows into a rich depth when cooked. Reliable keeper that stores 6+ months when cured and handled properly. Do not store next to potatoes for best keep time.

Approximately 5 to 8 bulbs per pound, 20 to 40 cloves per pound. Each clove planted produces one full bulb the following season. 1 pound plants approximately 10 to 20 row-feet.
