German Extra Hardy Culinary Garlic

German Extra Hardy is a porcelain hardneck with a bold, full-bodied garlic flavor that works in just about anything. Big cloves peel easily and hold up well to roasting, where they turn rich and buttery. Each bulb has 4 to 6 large cloves inside. Stores 6+ months in a cool, dry spot. Do not store next to potatoes for best keep time.
