Georgian Fire Culinary Garlic

For the true garlic connoisseur. Georgian Fire is a porcelain hardneck and one of the hottest garlic varieties out there. If you want garlic that bites back, this is it. The heat builds and stays with you, making it a natural fit for salsa, aioli, and anything you want to wake up. Roasting tames the fire and brings out a deep, savory richness. Each bulb has 5 to 8 large cloves wrapped in rose-purple skins. Stores 6+ months in a cool, dry spot. Do not store next to potatoes for best keep time.
