German Extra Hardy Seed Garlic

German Extra Hardy is one of the most reliable porcelain hardneck varieties, producing large bulbs that easily reach 2 inches or more in diameter. Each bulb yields 4 to 6 big, easy-to-peel cloves with a bold, full-bodied flavor. Excellent keeper that stores 6+ months when cured and handled properly. Do not store next to potatoes for best keep time.

Approximately 5 to 8 bulbs per pound, 20 to 40 cloves per pound. Each clove planted produces one full bulb the following season. 1 pound plants approximately 10 to 20 row-feet.
