Music Culinary Garlic

Music is a porcelain hardneck with a robust, complex flavor that has made it one of the most popular varieties in the Northeast and Canada. Hot and punchy when used raw in dressings or salsa. Roast it and it turns sweet and almost nutty. Each bulb has 4 to 6 jumbo cloves inside. Stores 5+ months in a cool, dry spot. Do not store next to potatoes for best keep time.
