Music Seed Garlic

Music is a beloved porcelain hardneck that traces back to Italy by way of Ontario, where it earned its reputation as a cold-climate powerhouse. Each bulb produces 4 to 6 jumbo, easy-to-peel cloves with a rich, robust flavor. Bold and hot when raw, mellow and sweet when roasted. Strong keeper for a hardneck, storing 5+ months when cured and handled properly. Do not store next to potatoes for best keep time.

Grown with organic methods by our member farms.

Approximately 5 to 8 bulbs per pound, 20 to 40 cloves per pound. Each clove planted produces one full bulb the following season. 1 pound plants approximately 10 to 20 row-feet.

Ships September through October, timed for fall planting.
